I gained 6 kg, now I’m on the bed crying and telling myself I’m a failure. Am I the only one?

May be you are the only one or u r not!

But being on bed and crying never help you in getting back to the shape.

Fitness and physical health matters, give yourself some love, GET UP AND WORK OUT!

Nothing else would help! Crying, giving up, victimising, “looks doesn’t matter” quotes nothing of them would help, only your exercise will help you fix this

i don’t have the motivation to do that. I don’t even have time because of school

School is not for 16 hrs you know it well that it is just justification!

Try with 5 mins of exercise everyday, trust me it works like magic 5 mins everyday you would never realise how 5 mins went to 50 mins in few months! This is the time stop procrastinating
