I felt so down, i join a programme and i was to quiet and i think i didnt help my group. I want to change but i was too scared. I dont know how to start and what ti think. I think my group already have bad image about me and thats what make me moe scared. Help meee what should i do and what should i think😢😥😭

It’s their opinion about you, that they think you don’t help the group. That doesn’t mean you’ll take it for granted and feel sad about it. Instead, you have to do your level best, and prove to them that you’re a responsible part of the group, and thus, change their opinion.
