I feeling too much stress at work nowadays. There is too much of work to do. But I am not productive. I feel so demotivated. I dont feel like valued in what i am doing right now
Hey! I can understand what you are saying. But donβt forget life isnβt a bed of roses, and hence not a bed of thorns either! Work stress is very common and normal given the pandemic. So why donβt you find other things that make you happy and look forward to them. Like, spending quality family time or finally binge watching a show you were planning to since days, or catching up with old friends, or how about baking? Shift your source of happiness to other things, and soon everything will be alright and you will be motivated again!! Hope this was helpful, waiting for your reply!! <3
