i feel ugly, unwanted, fat, annoying, alone, left out, hungry for attention, bored, sad, confused, stressed. i don’t know what i fell anymore it’s just all mixing together and now i’m staying up late listening to music and trying to find someone to talk to that i love, so i texted my sister but she seemed like she didn’t want to talk so i found this. maybe this will help :( and sometimes when i express my feelings to others i feel like a pick me and i don’t want that or to be judged.

First of all, you are not ugly and unwanted. It’s just the time is not correct. We all are in this. Don’t worry too much try to play sports, watch movies. Try to find some passion.

I was in the same situation till 2019…My parents / sister didn’t really want to listen to my problem and I was just like you and they were just like your family… I am in no place to give you advice but what I did was… I endured all of it (even though it was almost impossible) and then I moved out from there and I have detached myself from them(it’s not like I don’t talk to them…i do talk to them) … You might think I am running away but the truth is that I am trying to forget whatever they did… and I am trying to live the life I dreamt of. It’s okay… Just cry it out everyday if you want to… when you feel like it’s impossible to bear… then take an exact three days break(if you are a student just record all your online lectures and watch it after 3 days) and get back to work/studies. And I am sure there’s a reason why you feel ugly and unwanted… someone might have made you feel that way… you know what… when you actually start living your own life as you had dreamt… they won’t matter at all. All the best on your journey of endurance… I hope it will end soon.
