I feel tired, lazy and unmotivated all the time. I don’t feel any excitement in my life anymore. Every day is the same day …nothing changes.
Nd for change,
I’ve developed three new habits which are good for body,mind and soul.(my therapist suggested that)… I keep myself occupied… But at the end of the day I’m not satisfied… Something is missing… Confusing isn’t it?

How about you travel, like leave everything temporarily after you find your relaxed or happy then come back, or else have a furry friend maybe go out for a nice walk.
