I feel so empty. I couldn’t communicate what I feel infact. A very disfunctional family I live with. Even my boyfriend has never made efforts to ask me know what I feel like.
Be confidant about yourself first. Dont depend upon anyone attentions. Be responsible on your own emotion. If its bad write it down and then just burn it.Do what you like and eat healthy food it will increase your mental strength. Do exercise. And Be independent
Let me tell you my story. I have been there. I could not share me feelings with anyone, not even with my so called best friend. Whether I felt happy or sad about something , I just coul not express it… but then I got into relation with a guy and then I learnt how important it is to communicate . Obviously it was hard for me… but I took one step each time . Though I am not asking you to tell everything about yourself to everyone. But open up to atleast that one right person you have in your life. Otherwise it would all just bottle up inside you and that is not healthy. Regarding your boyfriend, there can be 2 scenarios. 1. He tried getting you talk in the beginning but you never opened up and he gave up. 2. He never tried in the first place.
If it’s scenario 1, then you should let go of all your fears and insecurities and start talking about your feelings. Start with simple things like , hey , I got a chocolate today, I really like it I m so happy
If it’s case 2 then it’s not worth it .

If u have brother and sister you can share ur family issues with them. Trust me I have been there. I have a dysfunctional family too. Try to get out of your home and all the negativity. Get a job and stay at a pg you will be much much happier.
