I feel so anxious. The pandemic is making it hard for me to stay positive. Also idk why, I’m having retrospective jealousy. I’m unable to digest my husband’s past. It’s been 2 years and we’re still fighting about the past. I don’t know what to do. I feel there’s no ray of hope.

pandemic is hard on everyone. one needs to handle a bit and then just go with the flow.
past can be disturbing but what truly matters is if present is better than past or not go with your heart and see if there is difference in present and past and your vision will begin to clear and you would know what to do.
ray of hope is always there you just need to find it

Don’t spoil your present and future for something that doesn’t even matter anymore. Right now, its most testing times. Stick to people you love. See forward.

Yeah, I understand, but please don’t let the past ruin your present and future too :)
I know it’s hard, but try to talk to him about it, don’t fight, communicate , tell him what’s bothering you, what would make you feel better, tell him that you’re taking longer than expected to accept the past but you will and till then bear with you, let him know what’s going on inside you, you’ll feel better, he’ll too, try to make things work,
One thing that might work is.
Whenever such thoughts come to your mind, think of your moments with your husband, think about the moments when he did things only to make YOU feel special, think of YOUR moments and HIM, this will create a thought in your mind of what you have in present is way more precious and worth time giving than his past :)
