i feel so alone, ugly, disgusting and unloveable. I hate myself and I really just need a friend but I can’t talk to anyone about this. They judge me. Hell I judge me! I just don’t wanna be alone any more. I want people to care about me, even if it’s the wrong ones that do.

basically im a teenage girl and i like older guys like in their 50s and i hate myself for it. idk why they turn me on so much and i have a hard time at school cause i get turned on by some teachers and idk wtf to do??

Okayyy so most likely this is due to the hormonal changes in human body and generally happens during teenage years with majority of the people and shall get better with time…Mind may wander and would prefer seeking pleasure in things that one may not consider good generally…Just try and distract yourself whenever you get such thoughts…Get yourself busy with some activity like meditation, singing or workout…use music as a tool to distract yourself and eventually this feeling or pattern should break!!

In case you want to and are fine with taking help you can talk about this to a professional counselor(may be you’ll have one in your school) and you’ll be guided properly and there won’t be any sort of judgement or risk involved.

Take good care of yourself and don’t stress much!!stay blessed!!

Heyy kidooo chilll share over here whatever u want no one will judge u because everyone here r to help each other everyone r here for some love and as humans everyone know how it feels to be not loved .if ur lonely just talk to frnds okay i u dont want to talk to them then just do journaling trust me write down ur feelings u might cry while writing cry dont afraid of crying after this part is done start self love if u dont love urself who else will u rvtalking abt ugly if u meant according to beauty just chilll no one is perfect just see how beautiful ur heart and mind is so start cleansing ur heart and mind by meditation it helps,see the only thing in any situation from birth to death with us is our body so just love the thing which is with you in all circumstances if meant ur heart is not good then simpe be happy u realised that so from now work on that for any problem in life remember nothing is permanent and nothing lasts forever . You have entered the self loathing zone.
N that is very dangerous…
Asking or wishing for wrong ppl is the like requesting for a big punishment for urself.
Wrong ones may give u temporary relief
But what about hurt caused in the long run…
Will u be able to deal with it…
U know I am telling you this out of personal experience.
It is very hurting to feel alone when you are having those ppl in life who make you feel alone.
Rather than being with ppl n feeling alone or lost
It is much better to be alone
N not have such ppl in life…

Only when you will feel good about urself others will also feel that same
If you will judge urself
Others too will do that…

Go at right places
Meet n interact with right ppl…

People always judge you. I am even avoided by my friends for no reason during this lockdown. I recommend try to express the issue to someone who you trust the most. If there is no one then write a diary or journal. You have us to share too. I am going through nearly same situation as you
