Can you share your sleeping schedule?
It’s not consistent.
I sleep around 10 PM- 3AM and wake up by around 8-9 AM.
Then I mostly sleeps in afternoon too
I want some more details…
I am a doctor nd i can solve this problem nd i had also this kind of problem in my scl days …so i am also able to feel your problems…
Plz share your sleep patterns in detail including day nd nighy both…your activities before sleeping … Your thoughts before sleeping… How much time you takes for sleep after going to bed etc etc…plz go into every minute details…nd reply me

So what you do then?
I distract myself by watching serieses. And never ever sit on bed …I repeat never. Either sit on sofa or chair for the whole day until it’s time for bed. And drink coffe in the afternoon so . And take a walk in the evening. Or hangout with someone . Keep yourself engaged no matter how tiring it feels
