I feel motivated to work but I can’t seem to be as efficient. It is frustrating because I get significantly fewer tasks done on a daily basis. It’s almost as if there is someone/something in my mind that’s pulling me back… and I can’t seem to understand what it is.
Try and go to the root cause of your problem. What is the feeling that is stopping you from doing the work you know you can do?
Do you like the job?
Is this your passion?
Do you see yourself doing this after 10 years?
I think it is a conflict between my entrepreneurial activities and job search. My current situation is such that I do need to find a job but what I really am passionate about is building https://www.knct.me/. Ever since the job search came into the picture, I just feel bogged down.

I am going through the same thing. Sometimes even after knowing everything and wanting to do things we still are not putting our 100%.
For me, it’s the same work every day which is making me tired of it, or let’s say doing the same thing makes me bored and a saturated point has come where I just want to get rid of it, get a change, and then resume. If this is your problem too, just take a break and then resume it as it will make you feel fresh and the urge to do it again.
If not, think and analyze why are you feeling low on working and what you wished you were doing instead. Do that, come back and work.
