I feel lonely for most part of my life. It is very hard to explain, but even though I have people around me who care for me, I still feel like I am not loved enough. I guess it comes from my natural desire to seek attention and validation, or maybe because I am really picky with the people I want to hang out with. Maybe my high standards and expectations are the reasons behind why I feel lonely most of the time. It is a very dumb thing to imagine I know, but then again, who cares as long as there is a possibility of it being true! :P

Morover, I guess I feel lonely also because I have a habbit of going off and getting out of touch when I feel unwanted. That self isolation is a major fuel for overthinking, which in turn forces me to think about why I feel lonely and eventually compare my life to others and then get upset seeing how awesome other people’s lives are, at least on the outside! There have been many instances where I know the comparision is pointless and futile, but I can’t help it because, well, overthinking :3 I guess the what I am trying to say here is that everything somehow ends up manipulating my mind into thinking that I feel lonely and sad, and that there is nothing I can possibly do to deal with it! So, the best way to cope is to keep myself busy and overburdened so I don’t overthink everytime I am out of work!!

Just try not to overthink too much. Like because before when I used to be alone I also used to overthink a lot ,but then I kind of got used to overthinking and now whenever a negative thought comes into my mind I try to avoid it and say it’s all negative ,it’s not real. Sometimes I feel overthinking helps us in clarifying our vision towards a lot of thing , but you should not overthink each and everything.
