hey thatβs absolutely fine. Its awesome that youβve realised your problem. Let me tell you about few things that you can do to start off your fitness journey :)
1. Wake up & drink warm water, Best thing in the world trust me
2. Do some form of exercise you enjoy for 15-20 mins a day, like playing badminton, football, walking anything.
3. Eat after 10 am and before 8pm it will help you in Many ways.
