I feel I am being too hard on myself … atleast that’s what people say …I am always worrying about some or the other thing…never satisfied with my self…always stressed and most importantly not happy …all time anxious…I get anxiety attacks and I think I have ADHD… …i am in a medical line so I can somewhat tell!!

I am same as you, but I don’t know what issues I have. Anyways, instead of worrying just think what you have to do now, then go, just do it. I hope it helps.
