I feel I am being too hard on myself β¦ atleast thatβs what people say β¦I am always worrying about some or the other thingβ¦never satisfied with my selfβ¦always stressed and most importantly not happy β¦all time anxiousβ¦I get anxiety attacks and I think I have ADHDβ¦ β¦i am in a medical line so I can somewhat tell!!
