I feel exhausted.....My BF's female friend began talking after 2 months,the time in which we became friends and turned out to a couple....But i dont feel good and i just  feel jealous and angry when this friend of his puts status for him,as they were very much close before(more like lovers as she used to share everything with him ....even the deepest things in her relationship)....She has said to him that she misses him and the reply to her was a luv u from him...My BF tells me everything about her and all this i know is from him.But he also makes me jealous knowingly but telling her name and the moments with her......i luv him but i also think of leaving him for her as she seemingly try to not talk to him telling that i would feel bad...He says that he wud tell everything ro me about her and asks y do i fight for such silly things ....He says that she's just a friend and also dat he feels a connection towards her so that he cant forget her....Few months before she faught and left him as he started to talk to me and used to make her jealous using my name....it was then we became friends and further more ......But now i feel that i can't handle it anymore.....We had a fight today also.....actually i dont want to lose him but also i feel exhausted......i'm confused😔....Some one pls help...

I have told him several tyms that i dont feel comfortable..... he replies that she's just a friend.....But i feel that they r more than just friends coz he feels more connected towards her n he even forgets his anger towards her when he listen to her voice....i m not that jealous a person when he speaks to his other female friends but she was too much close to him that he has even cried so much when she left him few months before......i dont know what to do....😔

If i talk to her she will definitely stop talking to him by telling him that i will feel bad...This has happened before....But still then for my own thoughts n selfishness both my Bf and his friend will miss each other.....i'm confused

I spoke to him today.......n he said that he feels no difference between her n me which hurted me a lot .....My luv for him had failed there itself....n he asked me if i want to break up....i said yes n now......im broken.

I dont whether it was right or wrong....pls help me

Thnks for ur concern:) He came back after that saying a sorry n i had acceptd that......but now i feel that our relationship is coming to an end.Because he spoke to me about the problems we would have to face due to caste difference and the tym it would take for him to get a job...and he said that he feels there is only 60% chance of marrying me due to these prblms....while talking he told me to start distancing little by little.......although i have convinced him i m afraid that he would start doing wat he said n i fear of losing him.....i feel alone nd sad nowadays ....i dont knw... im getting a kind of depressed feeling....crying at tyms... n i feel that im a bad Gf who doesnt deserve him...

Can i ask u a thing? I had convinced him by assuring him that i will wait till he get a job but i think he is afraid that i will change my words if my parents pressurize me for another marriage......Though i have assured him that i'll wait, i too have a fear that if i will have to oppose my parents n marry him wat if he ill treats me n wat if something goes wrong between us....i am frightened coz he always says that after marriage he would keep a stick to beat me if i do something wrong .....n we even had fights related to dis topic n i have even spoken of breakup to him once coz i was afraid.....but his justification for that was that he will beat me only in a luving way coz he loves me(he says that he was just joking n he wont beat me in an abusive manner but he would keep a stick for sure)....i always feel insecure coz aftr marriage i wont have anyone's support not evn my family's n what if something goea wrong.......i want to feel secure but cant leave him too ....

Talk to him about this whole situation and the way you are feeling right now.
Discussion with him will let you understand this point too, then you will be able to know his true feelings and its natural to get jealous in a relationship but you need to make sure that its just jealousy and there is nothing to worry about this so just confront him and simply ask about that friend of his and try to explain your feeling

3am Thoughts

It’s so annoying. I meet him after a week and we hardly get 5 mins together. It’s so pissing off, I hate this place and it’s bloody schedules.

Why do we constantly seek validation from some people who dont even value us care for us or treat us well. I am dealing with this things as a behaviour since years i cant take it anymore. 

(This people can be friends parents siblings anyone around us ). 

What to do and how deal with it and move on with life.

Anxiety can seriously mess someone's life up. There are days when it's just too overwhelming and I don't know how to deal with it. Hell, I don't even know what's making me feel so miserable or maybe I do know but I'm too ashamed to admit it as I refuse to accept that I'm  vulnerable. I find myself sitting in a corner getting eaten by my endless thoughts; continuously doubting myself . That feeling keeps suffocating me; I sometimes feel as if there's a huge rock stuck in my chest making it ache. I can hardly breathe and no matter how much I try to fight it, it doesn't go away. Honestly, one of the main reasons why I'm feeling this way is because I have no occupation that can take my mind off. I barely socialize with anyone. I'm too attached to one person that when they do other activities or have other priorities, it makes me sad. And I hate that, I hate it too much cuz I've never been like this; it's making me feel useless and worthless.  I can't take it anymore and I don't know what I should do.
