I feel anxious from the morning and not feeling satisfied of the way my life is. Cannot share this to my friends as nobody will understand π what Iβm going through. Itβs like hell inside though Iβm smiling and acting good on the outside.Frequent headaches as a bonus everyday along with shivering, uncertainty, self doubt,fear, fatigue and what notπ£π£. Itβs an everyday thing by the way
If you are not feeling like getting up from the bed , then take a day n ly on the bed for a whole day. Listen to music ,have your favourite snacks , Binge watch movies and series.watch life is beautiful and good will hunting movies.

I can totally relate, sometimes we can be dissatisfied by the things that are happening around us. But itβs okay life can be shitty sometimes but thatβs okay. Nothing is permanent. Try appreciating other things accept the current situation and just let go. If you think about your current situation it will make you more anxious and you will miss out all the fun that you can do instead.
Your symptoms are of anxiety donβt panic just take a deep breath and relax believe me your life will be better within weeks. Appreciate small things appreciate yourself. Donβt think about the present situation or future scenarios just be with yourself breathe and relax
