Try indulging in creative activities that allow you to express yourself. Try talking to your friends too. Start a new hobby, watch a movie!

thank you aditya and gaurvi. i have started by trying to get myself into a better routine. i am trying to complete my sleep and wake up on time. thank you for your suggestions, but for now I don’t feel like talking to anybody else. i think i’m good with talking here. will keep you posted xxx

Talk to your parents about it , walk evening and morning, make journals , read read read , learn musical instruments , drink enough water and eat healthy and quit social media totally . Love yourself.
