Warding off negative thoughts and feelings that don't source from us but the surroundings to stay focused on our goal is only half the battle. The real fight begins when we get in the field to grow for the better and stronger version of ourselves, knowing we are going to feel all kinds of negative feelings that would source from within us. That's the real challenge, because that takes us from our comfort zone to the gruesome zone. If you get past that, you will be almost invincible. ❤

3am Thoughts

My husband and I were supposed to go away for a weekend because it was our first wedding anniversary but my husband told me that he will have to work on that on which i got upset that it was the first holiday after covid but he got angry that I was not understanding and cancelled our reservation. I feel so choked and lonely.

Finnally i was happy with some true souls i found who dint bullied me

My parents put restrictions on me

Where to go.what to eat.when to do this,that .and fuck Every thing....now idk why but i want to go back as kid without any restriction but i don't want to at same time because of painfully being bullied

Hey yall me again i wanna talk about this thing that i have with offering people it's just that i feel tired and i wanted to help this friend ofine and i guess that i dont have the means to do so and I've become pushy and it's getting to me man I mean a lot it's tiring I don't have anyone to talk about it. Even if I try to talk about it I end up being the listener and i really wanna listen and be a good friend I wish I had some one to actually listen to me man.... I am constantly scared of spreading my anxiety of losing people to everyone I meet it's.. I'm nei selfish at not letting people go man... I really wish I'd know what to do it's getting tough every single day man... Just please I need an outsiders perspective I know this is a confusion message

Exhausted

Idk what else could it possibly mean but I dreamt last night.

I dream of playing hide and seek. It’s not actually playing because they are literally looking for me and idky but I’m hiding from them. It’s my guy cousins and we’re in an abandoned place. The setting a bit change and there are more people but they aren’t part of the game, they’re just there and they don’t know that I’m hiding. Then there’s a person who came, he exactly knows where to go and find me - my dad. He saw me, found me. Idky he appeared ij that dream.

There's this time in life,

The soul loved something
