I don’t understand. I eat healthy, i exercise, i drink water, and all of that but my body doesn’t shape the way i want. im skinny but im also not if that makes sense. im weigh 97 pounds but my body doesn’t looked toned or lean i look soft?? like i don’t wanna lose weight because i feel it would be unhealthy considering my current weight but what can i do to get my results.
