I don’t know y but whenever I ask my boss to increase my salary he always says me that my work is not up to his expectations and I need to work more hard. But this is not the truth. My work and the results are being loved by my all including the unknown also. His words always demotivates me. I am confused between leaving and not leaving this job. The place is somehow became so familiar to me due to the time period. But for my personal growth either I need to go for another job or make a setup of my own. What should I do. Should I wait for some more time here or just quit and do something else.
Look, if you are feeling like a person is making you feel bad about what you do, or make you question yourself if you are not good enough for this… Then all I can tell you is to THINK ABOUT IT. Is it worth it? If you leave this job, can you find another one easily or can you manage to setup your own? If your answer is yes then go for it. If NO or you want to think about it, take your time. End of the day, it is you who has to commit yourself to this task or who has to take the risk. I am not going to tell you strongly that you have to leave the job. Is this your breaking point? Don’t you think that you are stronger than that?

Actually I was thinking to quit this job for long time but I don’t know what was stopping me to do that. But now I think it’s high time and I if I will be stick to the same place then will not be able to do anything more.
