I don’t know why im writting this… but i hope someone can helps me… im almost 17 year old … i can’t sleep at night , im afraid of going to bed ( afraid of cannot sleep and stay awake till morning ) that’s make serious problem i can’t even laugh at day just stressing and thinking how im gonna sleep this night and when its the time to sleep i try hard but i can’t i start crying and i feel so bad like there’s something on my chest , i Can’t breath well feeling lonely 🥺🥺🥺

Is it scared of going to bed, ending the day or actual fear of being asleep? I’m also 17 and i sleep like shit, I go to bed at 3 am and rise at 12 pm. I’m kind of scared of sleeping, idk why. Just am. But I try to ignore it I guess, just go to bed and hope for the best and that my fears are pointless. Would it help if someone was awake and with you while you sleep? That helps me when I need it. I don’t really know how to help you, I’m sorry! Just know that you’re not alone or anything. Maybe talk to a doctor or a therapist. Or try calling a helpline. The crying and chest pain and no breathing sounds like a panic attack. So take deep breaths, sit down, and count backwards by 7’s. I hope this helps and if you want to talk I’m here :)

I don’t know what to say thank you … but i don’t feel well i don’t know why my heart hurts so much pain … i feel i have to cry but i can’t omg so bad this feeling is …hope you are good

Hey! Hope you start feeling better soon. Your problem seems to be insomnia. I would advice you to share this with your parents or any friend (if you think they’ll get you). Otherwise try to seek professional medical care. You can also go for meditation exercises. Suffering in silence is never an option.

i suggest you should see a doctor for that. don’t be scared to seek help, there is nothing wrong about you. it’s a medical issue like cancer, don’t try to handle it on your own. speak about it.

They can help you with it!!
Maybe talk to a doctor if needed!!

Also you can try hearing some divine songs at night they do help to make you sleep
