i don’t know what to do, i’m stuck.
a few weeks ago i didn’t reply to most of my friends’ texts because well i tried to kill myself, so i took a time off social media.
Now one of my friend is mad because i didn’t reply to her text, she thinks that i don’t want to be her friend anymore, but that’s not the reason but she and literally no one knows that i tried to kill myself that day. And now she’s tweeting all this stuff about me and not replying to my text.
I literally don’t know what to do. I’m so tired of loosing everyone.

Hey,
I believe it is alright to take time out from people and social media. I can understand how overwhelming the social media and constant phone notifications can became!
You take some more time until you are ready to explain yourself to the people (or friends) who matters the most to you.
Until then, take your time out and find ways to focus your thoughts and energy to cheer up!
I wish you realize there are various reasons for people like us to survive the pandemic, see and enjoy the world.
