I donā€™t know what Iā€™m anxious for! Constantly random thoughts in my head , not at all feeling at ease. I want that peace, canā€™t even tell my parents not because they donā€™t believe me but yes because I donā€™t know how to put it out to them when Iā€™m myself so confused why all the worse things are coming to my head!

Look it just takes hardly 10 to 15mins and trust me thereā€™s no better healer than meditation when it comes to thoughts like these. I swear youā€™ll feel a 100 times better.
