I don’t know how reputable this app or the people on it are, but here we go.
Feeling kind of shit.

As a single child with adhd and autism and separated parents,i didnt have any attention from home and no friends, constantly bullied for being nicer than the other kids and being too soft.
been in 11 so-so relationships, all of them have been one way and basically just me trying to fill a void in me
my most recent one ended yesterday where i got dumped because i was too clingy, but they dont want to lose me as a friend so they’re super nice which makes me feel even worse
for the first time i felt as if i had a purpose in life to get up and go to work but it feels like that’s been yanked right out of my hands and now i’m lost without them.
had about 3 mental breakdowns since i got the news, and about every 5-10 my throat clogs up and i cant breathe as if im having a panic attack although ive only ever had one that i remember.
i don’t know what to do, im an introvert so i dont really have any friends i can talk to about this. ive been feeling extra depressed and albeit already being, a little more than willing to finish myself.

Dekh I don’t know whether this will help you or not , but instead of searching for happiness in other try finding that within you once you do that you ll not need anybody to make you feel good or happy and my personal favourite me time is going for a jog or run with earphones on and the the songs playing that’s the best feeling in the world , just a suggestion hope it helps someone
