I don’t feel good.😔
I try to motivate myself but it does not work. I have an exam too but my mental health is not at all good. I feel anger on myself and am afraid that I might harm myself in future. I try hard to talk to my friends but they are avoiding me without no reason. I feel isolated in this lockdown.I am unalbe to talk this to my parents. I am even facingpressure about boards along side with deression. I don’t feel good, don’t want to eat and having thought in my mind that all are going to leave me. I try to calm myself down but that doesn’t work at all. I have emotional outbursts everyday

hey , i totally relate with you the exam pressure , the peer pressure and even not being able to talk to parents about it or even friends not being there , but hey you know what i am doing ?
I listen to my fav artist like BTS or NF or Taylor
Just spend some me time , give yourself that 1 day break which you totally deserve , skip study for that one day and relax , sleep as much as you want , write something or read , or watch a movie , listen to songs , do things you love only for that 1 day

Hii , I can totally understand this situation , must be really hard for you with exams and other stuffs. Take a moment , go get some fresh air or sit in a comfortable place and take a deep breath and close your eyes and forget about everything around and tell yourself how strong you are and how important this is for you . And maybe take a long break and pamper yourself, you deserve it or read something you love or music always help . Take care and be strong 💕
