I didn't read the job description of the new job properly and took it up because of the pay and company and now I hate it here. I went from being a developer to tester and I don't know what to do from here. Feeling stuck.

I am having problem in focusing. So I messed up. I couldn't complete the target. We all are new, but still the weakest in team.
