I derive my self worth from academic performance and I think it’s getting unhealthy. With the semester being over, I feel empty.
Don’t do that… you know I used to do that too, but getting good marks won’t teach you how to be a good human, it won’t teach you how to overcome obstacles in life. Sure getting marks is important but they don’t define you. There’s more to a person than their academic excellence. Find something you genuinely like, and start doing that. Don’t let the society’s toxic norms poison your life. Try to enjoy small moments life has to offer.😊
