Being emotional or sad or anxious is all NORMAL
We are humans …not machines
But u know what feeling Like this for long time will effect ur mental health and eventually ur physical health also
So try to change ur routine …try something new … There’s so much to do
Please don’t be harsh on yourself
Your body needs time to heal and its normal .
