I cannot understand that why am I sad or get emotional so quickly even after pushing myself I feel so low with no energy all of a sudden π₯

But u know what feeling Like this for long time will effect ur mental health and eventually ur physical health also
So try to change ur routine β¦try something new β¦ Thereβs so much to do
