I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN THE HATE I HAVE FOR MY OWN FATHER. He has always hurt me in every way, he swears at me for no apparent reason, he beats me up, he makes embarrasses me in front of everyone. I am mentally disturbed just because of him. I feel like there’s no way out of here. He is so cunning that he didn’t let me take a step towards being independent in any way. I have so much potential. I have always performed well in school and whichever extracurricular activities I took part in but he still belittles me and tells me that I am nothing without him. it’s not that I am being ungrateful but he takes credit for every little thing. That isn’t even the issue, I’d be more than happy to let him feel proud of his daughter and receive all the compliments for me but he does a totally different thing. He is absolutely heartless.

I’m soo sorry that you’re going through such a hard time. Sometimes parents are not able to understand their child, if it’s mentally disturbing you that much, talk to someone or seek therapy.

I’m so sorry that someone who is supposed to support you, protect you and nurture you is harming you. Always remember that you don’t deserve this. Fight for yourself. Become independent. Take small steps towards making a better life for yourself. Dont take the abuse. You deserve better.
Im so sorry you have to go through all of this, but you’re not alone my father does the same he swears at me gets angry and doesnt even talk to me sometimes, i live in a different city due to uni but he never calls me to ask if im okay but sometimes he acts all nice to me i wish he could understand what he means to me
