If you identify yourself with an athlete or a healthy person, you’ll automatically start to exercise.

Forcing yourself to pickup a habit doesn’t work out.

Simply keep a log of it. Note down if you exercised each day or not. You don’t have to be guilty or beat yourself up in the process.

Simply being aware of it will change your behaviour. Just note it down everyday. Make it simple.

Start for 5 min, keep the gear close by and in sight. It’s okay to fail with this but you have to pick yourself up again.

Hope this helps. I have to start with my exercises from next week. Had some muscle tension this week. Compensated with longer walks.

Take care!

I was a state-level athlete but I stopped doing sports 3 years back(due to studies) and since then I have faced a lot of physical problems that’s why I wanna start again but some basic workout routines!! to be honest it feels really good to all that again because I learn classical dance and those workouts that I use to do back then helped me with my back pain because once I had a serious muscle back injury !! but thank you for the advice I will surely keep this in mind!

do you have any advice regarding building muscle mass around ribs because you can actually count my ribs when I raise my hand even a little bit and also have a broader rib cage that is what I think!!

Every disease and pain are cyclic. They come and go. If they were from the start, you wouldn’t bother about it. Pain in the body festers due to unresolved or trapped feelings, emotions, and sensations.

You need to let go of them. Yes even the injury is a shock due to trapped memory in your consciousness which may not have resolved itself.

Animals shake off pent up energy, we humans forget how to. The problem with diseases is our unconscious beliefs about it. You are subjected to that which we hold in mind.

If you think you can get that sickness, the likelihood increases because you chose it subconsciously. Whenever a thought like this comes, affirm by saying “This disease doesn’t apply to me. I am an infinite being.”

Plain and simple. You cut down the chance of it festering at the source. Some diseases are karmic and you have to let out the timing of it. It’s a blessing in disguise. You’ll know which is which.

The key is to let go of modifying or resisting the sensations of pain behind an injury. Just allow it with love and let it run out its course. Don’t label it or try to do anything without itm just breathe into it.

This guide on building muscle mass seems great to me.

Muscle is mostly to do with nutrition, eating habits, and general fitness. Targetting muscle groups near your rib cage would require focus on core exercises. Has it always been that way? If yes and if doesn’t bother you medically then, what’s the issue with that?

Sorry about the delay, I got all the notifications today itself. Wonder when will this issue resolve. Hope you are doing well.
