I applied to a MNC all the rounds went well but didn't got any reply from then after a month I mailed the HR asking feedback to which they said you are shortlisted but due to budgeting exercise position is put on hold and wait till further communication  and it's been two and half months since then what should I do? 

Really really sucks, idky they cant just send an email saying were rejected keeping us hopeful for months

Consider yourself rejected, some company's HR really sucks they do this all the time. I've had the same experience multiple times mostly from MNCs, startups are good in this matter

Career

i really don't know what's happening to me. i have a wonderful family but i can't share anything with them. my mother left my father when i was 3 months baby. after that my grand mom (mom's mom) and my dad looking after me and my elder brother. now i am almost 25yrs and working.still i feel like stupid. i don't know what to do in my life. no good friends. lot of bad relatives still hurting by they words.don't wanna love. just need to share my feeling.

The Misfit Puzzle

I’m the puzzle piece that doesn’t fit,
always pretending to be cheerful and sunny 
one,
so I could just squeeze in a little bit.

I’m afraid of being the child lost in the crowd, so I wear a mask to drown the noise  so loud,
to avoid being the odd one out.

I cut my sides to just be it,
but I always end up being the piece that doesn’t fit.

3am Thoughts

Scared of life 😭 some people around me are getting married, some are in relationship and roaming around places and enjoying life. Here i am trying to forget the trauma after having 2 slipper shot heartbreaks. All i am doing is working  as a donkey in IT Sector for 12 hours and suffering with insomnia whole night. Its 2 am here seeing my friends stories and worrying about life where it is taking me and what future has for me. I too want to enjoy the life like others in my age are enjoying. Here am waiting for my bf to come back and love me again. Also my pcos is frustrating me. I want to make my life and health better . I just don’t know where to start. Can someone please give some positive vibes

Confusion

I have a male friend who is also my colleague
Last week we had our mutual friends wedding so all of us colleagues decided to go but it was in a different city.
This friend of mine offered me a ride in his car with his other friends but i insisted that my boyfriend will be dropping me off at the venue.
Even after I told him that my boyfriend will be giving me ride he said why bother him when u can simply join us as there is space for one more person in his car but this made me really uncomfortable.
On the day of the wedding I was sick and couldn't attend the wedding so I informed them that I won't be coming to the wedding but this friend literally asked me to come to the wedding even though I was sick saying that I can sleep in his car all the way to the wedding?? Like this made really icky.. I felt like this is not normal
And since then I don't feel comfortable talking to this man
Do u guys think I'm over reacting??

Colleague

A Real winner is someone who can accept they’re losses happily 

And someone appreciate they’re winning opinion happily 

Is known as a real winner 
Ur opinion won against u in some activities that u have played against 

But you have won they’re heart by clapping and appreciating them

If u can’t take losses and start criticising urself and ur winning opinion and giving up ur all the activities in fear of losing than u would biggest loser in this world 

It's okay to not feel okay sometimes. It's okay to feel demotivated sometimes. It's okay to be alone sometimes. Don't put so much pressure on yourself to make things right. Give yourself some time and start focusing on one thing at a day. Just make sure if there is no one to put a smile on your face, then you are the chosen one to spread happiness and put smile on everyone else's face 🙂
