I and my boyfriend kin of know things will not work out…now we stopped talking also after a very ugly fight…I really fell helpless …and getting panic attacks…
Worst thing is I really don’t have anyone to share this with…an open minded , non judgemental person :(

It is better to take your personal space for sometime then being into toxic arguments or fight.
Take some time for yourself alone and in some time every thing will be fine
Start spending time with yourself. Write diaries and vent your thoughts out on a piece of paper

stay away from the person and try to spend your time in other activities and just feel Like you are never going to meet that person again… I can understand how worse the situation when it leads to panic attack …stay away from that toxicity
1st stop thinking too much take a deep breath and focus on breathing think about good time you spent with him
