Start including Millet into your diet…start up with morning and evening walks for 30mins everyday…more than enough. Stay blessed. Visit temple every morning after taking bath and offer anything to the diety…a flower, jaggery, sweet… anything… don’t go empty handed. Stay blessed…if possible help your mother…

Dude, try intermittent fasting. Don’t rush with 8:16 hour protocol, even if you do like 12 hour eating and 12 fasting window, you’ll reap the benefits. You can be mindful of what you eat during the window. If you’re really serious about it, just hire a nutritionist/coach. Trust me I have lost 50 kgs & having a nutritionist was the only reason I was successful.
