I am way too much stressed today . Just keep crying for the whole day . Feeling alone , depression and anxiety. everyone in my family keep fighting with each other and this environment sucks. Missing my old friend whome i can’t contact . All these things affecting me alot i can’t understand what to do how to get out of it.

But don’t give up,
In times like this try to focus on some work or something that can keep you buzy. Keep your headphones off and your eyes closed, and try to focus on just the music.

Life will give you lemons, and it’ll be bitter for days, but there’s always hope for better days remember.
