I am very depressed right now. I am 100 kg and I want to reduce my weight but I am not doing anything about it. I am getting angry on myself.

Try to stretch a little. Do some yoga, or dances. Just Dance and Fitness Marshell dances help me :) Try to be healthy, but don’t cut out sugars entirely, that’s a big mistake people make because it makes them give up faster. And just know this is a health thing not a beauty thing. Beauty isn’t a size it’s what’s behind the eyes.

It is okay! Weight may be a bit unhealthy, but maybe try to get some games that help you exercise! Just try not to get angry about that! Just try to loose weight, and go on diets!

It’s okay but weight may be unhealthy for you why don’t you try doing yoga that wouldn’t be too hard I hope so and also early to bed and early to rise if you feel yoga not possible to do then you may try fun outdoor games like badminton,cricket,football or any other sports…You should avoid junk like don’t eat biscuits,chips and other have a heavy meal only once in a day I suggest in lunch take light food in breakfast and dinner…There are many tips in online websites too you may check…
