I just cannot forgive myself for this … I just hate myself … i hate myself…
Everyone is taking care of their parents but me … i ruined everything for my dad … earlier i used to be his favorite child … and now he tries and treat me in the similar way but each and every time i look at him i feel regret
Its been 3 months but my regret increases each and every day …
I want peace… i want myself back… i want my relationship with my dad back… i want to sleep without stress and anxiety
I created a self group on whatsapp to rant on it but till when … I keep ranting over it but i know it is not helping

Every parent loves their child. I myself have made so many mistakes and even repeated some. But they still love me, though they don’t trust me as much. Your dad loves you. You are in a pit of regret and guilt so you like to think that they don’t. But you are loved by him alright?
I don’t know if he loves me now like earlier… but I fucked up bad really bad yr … he trusted me and I broke his trust… I ruined everything… yes I regret this every day … this kills me … i can’t sleep because of this … everytime I look at his face I know that I forced him to cry …
Heyy…parents can never hate their child. children make mistakes and parents keep forgiving them that’s a part of life. Everyone make mistakes even our parents did when they were kids. Calm down. It’s okay that you made mistake but now work hard and make him proud.

If your dad reads this, he’d shed a tear or two. Or maybe more. You don’t know how precious you are to your dad. A daughter is always a dad’s first priority.
Trust me when I say this, we all make mistakes. And our parents are humans after all. They’d get angry, upset, but there is no way they’d stay this way for long. You just have to wait and be the best for them. He loves you, no matter what.
