I am struggling this evening. Even though I am older I still struggle with low self esteem and am very self conscious. I never feel like I am enough and always feel like a walking embarrassment. I always find myself to be the brunt of peoples jokes or people generally look down on me. I suppose my extra weight doesn’t help. I needed an outlet for this tonight. Thanks for reading it for those that do.

It’s tough when the people around you put you down. But even more when you do that to yourself. I also struggle from low self esteem from time to time. Remind yourself of all the goodness that’s in you, try daily affirmations, focus on what you’re good at and try to be kinder to yourself. You should be the last person to make it difficult for yourself. Again, easier said than done, it takes a lot to implement these things. Be patient and reach out when you need. Sending love 🫂💙

Idk whether it’s the best advice or not but whenever I feel inferior or have low confidence then I do this thing I pull out the IDGAF attitude like whenever my head says something I just repeat IDGAF about it and it feels better like sometimes the mess in your head tries to bring you down so just ignoring it helps but lemme tell you that this is my take on it as I don’t struggle severely with my mental health if you have something serious struggle going on with your mental you should definitely consult a doctor
