I am overweight and lockdown has made it worse.I really want to lose my weight but everytime i start a routine i fail to continue it.I am also studying architecture currently and the pressure of studies is a little more so everytime i workout i become so tired with all the sore muscles that it affect my studies which I cant afford to happen.I think this lockdown has affected me a lot in terms of my daily routine.I have sleepless nights and sleepy days.I am kinda lost these days.I really wanna get back on track and lose my weight without it affecting my studies coz my career has always been my top priority.Please help me with any suggestions you guys have or if you have been in the same situation and how did you overcome it.

Well, I am facing the same issue rn, but I sort of can help you out by sharing my routine/workout plans. Well to start with, try beginning with some brisk walks, that will get you into the groove (just make sure, you’re having some pace while walking and jus don’t keep strolling) and will help you a lot to lose weight initially. And make sure you do eat in a calorie deficit, because without that, it’s impossible to lose weight. That way your muscles won’t get sore much and you can then focus on your studies as well, eventually.

I can help you with the workout thingy. If you get tired too much or feel sore. Please do warmups before your workout and cooldown exercises after you finish your routine. Hope this helps.
