I am not so expressive, I am only able to talk with my self, at first time I am trying to share feelings over one platform. I am really stopping my smoking habbit, it was first day to stop smoke but l am unable control and nicotine is torturing my brain for feeding🤦

Hi. I can understand what you’re going through. It must be very overwhelming for you. I know that it is not easy to quit smoking but you need to remember that no matter how challenging it may seem right now, you must not give up. Sometimes doing the right thing is not easy. Try to look at the bigger picture. At the end of this race, you’ll come out as a winner. Your entire well being will improve once you quit smoking. You’ll be protecting your body from the harmful effects of tobacco. Quitting smoking will affect your mood in the beginning. You may feel light headed or irritated but please don’t give up. Remember that you need to quit smoking for yourself.
