I am finding it difficult to wakeup early. Trying since last couple of months but I always end up snoozing till I wake up with guilt. Please help with any tips.
Sleep early and have a sleep schedule. Reduce caffeine. And put your alarm clock a bit far away from you, so that you’d have to get up and walk a few steps. And try this app called Alarmy, it has few exercises for you which you have to finish for it to stop ringing, like maths problems and stuff.

Try to sleep early, which may be a tough thing to do at first but maybe you can try to tire your body out by engaging yourself in various productive physical and mental activities throughout the day without taking any nap in between. It’s a process so these things will take time, but if you are persistent you will achieve it… It’s not the toughest thing to do in the world after all! Best of luck. ✨
