Whenever i feel low, i try to think of the happiest moments of my life. it could be childhood memories, or you know even little things which made you happy. it gives a little smile on my face. And when that little smile comes, i broaden that smile. At that time, think, you can achieve whatever you want for your life. Maybe it’ll help you.
