I am feeling very low and sad. Its been more than a year i have been like this. I doubt i have depression and anxiety . My whole life has been very traumatic . Need someone to talk to. Only genuine people reply .

I can understand what you are going through. Sometimes things get worse and I won’t say they will be better or learn to live with that … Process ur pain …find out what makes you sad … Andi am sure you will be fine soon … One day you will get through this and think how stupid u were on being sad … Being sad is okay but stopping your own growth isn’t okay … Common wake up in the morning see the beautiful sun… Go for a walk …keep ur phone aside sit for a while … write things which makes you feel bad on one side and write what is keeping you alive at this point on another side … I m sure the positive things will be less but they are worth living …
