I am feeling very anxious and having trouble breathing. It’s been around 10 days since I smoked the last time around!
I am up because I work for US clients.
I already tried reading books and listening to song but i am not able to focus for too long.
Initial few days i used to not get any sleep and now how much ever i sleep doesn’t feel sufficient
Look its really a strong addiction and it will take time to get rid of it. But i think suffer fir sometime, it will give you a better result in future right?

try yoga. i know its a task but trust me it helps.
