Heyy! What you have to actually do is address these emotions. If you feel so at all times then you should know that there is a part of you crying for help, your attention to it will help you deal with it. Don’t run away from any kind of pain you’re feeling, write it down, acknowledge it and give it the attention that it’s asking for. Whatever it is - that part of the body or emotion or situation.
