I am feeling down lately, and I have literally no one to talk to, I can’t even talk to my siblings or my parents.
I am an introvert, so I do not really talk about my inner feelings to anyone not even my good friend.

Hey…I also feel like that sometimes.infact I also cant talk to… but its ok
Their is nothing bad to be an introvert but you can be ambivert too so that you can start making conversation .
.their are lot of books like (β€œβ€œhow to talk to anyone)”” by leil lowdnes.it is good book for communication skills.

Apart from that just study hard to get job or start any ngo work like teaching their u will get confidence their then u will get new people so that u can talk to
them.
And start any hobby of your interest level in any club .you will meet new people their …slowly slowly this feelings of lonely will disaapear …
So main point is you have to be busy …in any kind of .work. so that you don’t have enough time to be think like that .
