3am Thoughts

My boyfriend is a big red flag I have ever seen ! I was so blind to realise this reality of him !!! I really feel like he should get punished very badly…this is insane !!! He tortured me for 4 years and I thought that I have to ignore it Cz we are in love bla bla bla ! And this is the main reason he got more support to be mean rude disrespectful! He has this audacity to call my parents in the night and bother them asking where am I when I don’t feel like picking up his call because I know he does this drama after drinking ! Everytime he involves my family and I never did that ! 
He has spoiled my life completely !!! My brain has stopped working seriously!!! All I feel is stress all the time !!! 
When ever he is angry he calls my frnds and tell lies !! So that they would get worried and call me and ask me to call him ! When I try to ignore him he msgs me stuff like I’m falling sick need to call ambulance! I need you n all that ! And I know this is all drama !!! Most of the time he wants to have sexual intercourse like wth whyyyyy !! Earlier in our relationship he use to get violent then slowly and gradually he stopped that ! But his anger issues and his drinking issues has always been a big problem in our relationship!!! Then comes his doubts even though when I’m with girls he has insecurities!!!! He ask me to leave everyone ! Or else he fights and then that person leaves me !!!
And when I ask him to leave me he threatens me that he would do bad with my house Cz rytnow he’s living there ! He threatens me that he would die ! He threatens me in every way possible!!!! He wants me to listen to him he wants me to do what he says ! And I freaking want to get out of all this but then I get scared that what if he does bad to my house or my parents or me !? Or what if he tells my family that we got physical and we were in live-in ! 
I’m so confused what to do ???? Also he does not help me to grow in any way !! I have realised each and every bit now after 4 years but I don’t know how to handle all this situation!!! 
I’m so so so stressed I’m so done I just want to get out of all this 😓

What are toxic relationships like? They are like a needle stuck in your thumb which you are unable to get rid of it, even though it is painful and you desperately want to get it away! I guess what I am trying to say here is that toxic relationships, no matter the intensity of toxicity, are in the end, toxic and it is not at all healthy to keep being in one, especially when you know what harm it is doing to you. You can be in a toxic relationship with anyone at all. Be it either of your parent, your sibling, your friends, your partner, anyone. And most people do not even realise what are toxic relationships like until quite late. For them, it is a regular way in which someone else is treating them, making them falsely believe that, that is how it is! That it is normal what they are doing, which is in fact not at all true. Taking for granted, needlessly criticising the other person at all times, making them feel bad about the way they are, are all traits of a very toxic relationship and yes, that is what are toxic relationships like. They are tiring, emotionally draining, exhausting and torturous. It is because of this very reason it is extremely important that we are able to learn how to figure out what are toxic relationships like and work on either changing them or get out of them as soon as possible, in the interest of our own mental health and emotional well-being. 

I have heard this that if you do not love yourself how can you love others? 

Is it wrong to love someone if you do not love yourself? Or if you hate yourself?
