Doing to much will effect you like it cuz pimple on your face , waste of time , skipping somthing imp to watch videos
Even I’m finding way for it i don’t know cuz every time I try i end up doing it

quitting it permanently will not do you any good. Masturbation once in a while is a healthy self care practice. You may say your frequency and age so that we can understand whether its a healthy frequency or you are addicted to it.
