I understand that this can be a scary and uncalled for situation.
There’s a wonderful response to this that has already been given which I’ll attach here and hope that that solves some of your problems :
“First step is to talk to a close friend who will help you through the process. You can take a home pregnancy test from any pharmacy to make sure. If you are pregnant then you can try to go to the doctor yourself but please go to a known and good doctor and follow the instructions. Do not try to take any step yourself because it can be dangerous. If you feel scared and you do not have anyone to talk to then talk to your parents. They may get angry in the short run but you would be glad you took their help”
