I always feel unappreciated at work!
Even when I do the best and even when people realise that I am exceptional at my work. There is no appreciation. I always end up feeling I am never appreciated. On the other hand when someone does the slightest of the work and get applauded for literally nothing. I wonder why?
And what should I do about it. ? And what am I doing wrong?
I dont know what to say …
I have been running company from last 4 years, so i understand every part of it.
I would always prefer in choosing organisations that support you and boost you.
But sometimes it does not happen.
Ofcourse you should be appreciated.
I dont know what job you are in, may be a intersting one.

Yes but it comes with a baggage.
Sleepless nights. Jet lags. Extreme stress. Fatigue. No social life.
I haven’t seen my family in over a year thanks to corona. Plus all the people that drain your energy everyday.
I’m having a really bad day today. Like I said …I’m letting everyone walk all over me.
