why do we wait for the time to start studying be either 4.30 or 5.00 we wont study when the time is around 4.43 or 4.25 lol

I just want to ask that sometimes you just get sad without any reason and you just don't say any words wants to stay speechless , I had a solution before I used to cry it out but now it doesn't work anymore is there any other way to get rid of this feeling?

Frustration

Hi, this is the first time that I am sharing something.
I don't know where to start, but my life is a complete mess.
I have ruined every aspect of my life, be it personal or professional.
I have a big upcoming exam, that I need to get through, but everyday when I wake up, I am so demotivated and lost, that I don't feel like even looking at my books, I don't know why, but I think I have already given up, when even I know, if I'll focus, I'll get through it
