Hs final result has declared today..and I score 69%😞.. everyone is scolding me..but they didn't know that I couldn't concentrate on my studies due to depression..what do I do now?? I am really feeling bad now😓😓

Don't Be Sad Let Them Talk Sh*t . You Know What I Was Failed In 12th Not Once But Twice Because Of Depression and Friend . Well You'd Scored Well .69% percent is superb. Trust me it's more than enough percentage.

You have done your best.... don't care about others just decide what to do next ...

Hii, I'm a medical student and with exams approaching and huge syllabus I am too stressed these days and I often feel very guilty of not studying the required hours earlier, not being sincere enough, and not keeping myself up to mark, this doesn't let me focus now also while studying and I feel pressured thinking how will I complete my syllabus. And I get too distracted when studying :(

Exam in half an hour . Ahhhhhh I feel like I'm gonna eat myself anytime now . Something's pulling my stomach back and forth . 

Anxiety

I gave my very first supplementary exam few days back, im feeling very restless worrying about the results. Negativity has filled my mind. I'm back to my dorm and it feels so weird. I laugh outside but at the end of the day I cry. I don't feel like socializing.

Lonely

I'm 12th passed out student.. clg is taking too much time to start.. 
All I do nowadays is watch Netflix or time pass on other apps all day long...
I don't want to use phone this much but what else can I do...
My frnds are all far away.. I don't even walk out from mh home 😩

Exam

I have my psychology exam on 15th and I running behind on finishing the syllabus. Why you ask? Even though I had 2 weeks for it? Because I procrastinated. Stupid me. So there is this girl in my psychology class, and she started to ask all these doubts from our teacher, and I got so intimated that she has done all the studying and all that, I promised myself that no matter what happens, I will control myself from the feeling of ‘falling behind’, but, now I do!!!
